What we can and can't help with

FamilyLawFinder is an information site, not a law firm. We can explain how our calculators apply each state's published guideline, and we fix errors quickly when you point them out. We can't give legal advice about your case, tell you what a court will order, or review your documents. Reporting a calculator error

Accuracy matters more to us than anything else on this site. Every calculator cites the statute or official schedule it follows on our Sources page. If you believe a result doesn't match your state's official worksheet, tell us the state, the inputs you used, and what you expected, and we'll check it against the primary source.
